ABOUT ME
Hello beautiful being - I'm Jay Klein, aka Healing with Jay! I am super passionate about helping people heal, awaken, and align to their true nature. I enjoy intertwining humor with spirituality, and love helping others find joy and laughter within their life and spiritual practices.
But If you're here reading this,Then you already knew that!
What you don't know about me is that I had the idea of my healing business as a restaurant manager/bartender, heavily drinking, depressed, and constantly dealing with chronic anxiety and ADHD.
I put my two weeks in on my LAST restaurant job EVER in March of 2020 (a week before Covid shut down all restaurants in my city). I technically never got to work out my full two weeks. What a blessing! The Universe truly had my back and opened the door to show me my true path and soul's purpose in this life... And so I began the healing journey.
The path of a healer presented itself to me and in this moment, I realized I couldn't smell like fryer grease, alcohol, and lousy tips anymore! I guess you could say, I was "FED UP" with the service industry. After courageously quitting my job and taking a leap of faith, I made an agreement with myself to do everything in my power to do the inner work needed for my healing and commit to getting my master level in Reiki healing in the hopes to help heal myself and others.

Fast forward two and a half years later and now I'm an Usui Reiki Master, Spiritual Mentor, and of course comic relief! I never thought it could be possible to get to this place. I mean, I had dealt with anxiety and panic attacks since I was ten years old. One of the few things that finally gave me peace and helped was meditation and connection with Source energy. It helped awaken me to a whole new spiritual path filled with love, compassion, truth, and the ability to help and heal others.
It's been really tough starting a business, but I wouldn't change this journey for anything. It allowed me to leave my full time restaurant job where I was very unhappy, drank too much, and was super depressed. I gambled on me, and boy did it pay off. Now I am going on upwards of 107k followers on Instagram (@healingwithjay) where I'm known for creating funny, easy to absorb, and informative content on all things healing and spirituality. I'm here to bring some hilarity into the spiritual realm, whilst helping to raise the collective consciousness! I really do think it's important to find joy in the process. Yes, spiritual work is serious, but there's no reason we can't laugh and enjoy ourselves at the same time. If not, then why the hell are we doing it!

I am so grateful to have been able to help so many souls in need of healing. Ever since I was little, I've always been in tune with the energy that surrounds me.
